What's actually included in 'unlimited'?
Everything that scales with your operation: unlimited users (every barista, manager, owner), unlimited recipes, unlimited checklists and SOPs, unlimited documents and photos, unlimited locations data, and unlimited usage of all features. The only limit is the number of locations you operate.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
Pricing scales linearly — €39.99 per location, no volume discount built into the standard plan. For operators running 5+ locations or wholesale-only operations, contact us to discuss custom pricing.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free per location (you pay for 10 months, get 12). That's about a 17% discount. Most multi-location operators choose annual.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no long-term contract. Cancel from your account at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus regional methods like SEPA direct debit for European customers. We invoice in EUR; if your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion at their rate.
Do I need separate Brewspace accounts for each location?
No — one Brewspace account manages all your locations. The owner dashboard shows every store side-by-side; staff at each location see only their own store's tasks and recipes. Per-location billing happens automatically based on how many active locations you have.
