What file types can I upload?
PDFs, Word docs (.docx/.doc), Excel sheets (.xlsx/.xls), PowerPoint (.pptx/.ppt), images (JPEG/PNG), and plain text files — up to 25 MB each.
Can I take a photo of a document?
Yes. Snap a photo with your camera, pick one from your photo library, or import from Files (iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and more).
Who can see my documents?
Only members of your company, and only at the locations you assign each document to. Staff have view-only access; admins and managers can upload, edit, and delete documents.
Are my files secure?
Yes. Documents are stored in secure cloud storage and kept private to your business. There are no public links, and only your team can view them — every download requires a login.
Can I edit a document after uploading?
You can edit the name, assigned locations, and notes at any time. To replace the file itself, upload a new document.
